Be a Good Leader


Being a leader is not easy. Moreover, to be a good leader. A leader is often considered perfect by his subordinates. Little one, it could be the talk of his men.

Though a perfect person who never wrong obviously impossible. That can is an effort to continue to improve themselves in order to become a better leader.

Then as if a good leader? Are the characteristics of a good leader? And how to be a good leader?

A good leader is measured from his actions, not just clever theorizing, but poor execution. To be a good leader, try to apply the following things to yourself.

Develop each employee. Every good leader is always developing its employees. With strong human resources, corporate objectives will be more easily achieved. That is why great leaders are always developing his men.

A positive attitude and inspires. The leader must always have a positive attitude. It is important that you keep your team motivated. Create a positive atmosphere is also very good for improving the productivity of your team.

Able to delegate. Delegation of tasks is very important for a leader. Leaders must be delegated the task to the right person. That leaders can learn to trust his team. Besides that leaders can focus on more important tasks.

Communication. Communication skills is very important for a leader. So that the message could be clear. Ability to communicate clearly is also important that the leader can menyelarasakan all members of his team to the desired goal.

Quickly addressing the problem. When a problem arises, immediately look for the solution of a leader. So that problem was quickly handled and got the solution. So that problems do not arise until a protracted.

Humorous. A great leader is usually also comes with a good sense of humor. They could make his team laugh though perhaps still being hit by the problem. It is important that the problems that arise are not a burden, but still can be solved with a happy heart.

Confidence. A good leader has the confidence that good. At the crucial moment though, a leader can lift morale of his team so that any problems can be overcome with good.

That's seven characteristics of a good leader.

Olga Kurylenko

Olga Kurylenko ( nama aslinya adalah Olga   Kostyantynivna Kurylenko ) lahir di Berdyansk, Ukraina. Pada tanggal 14 November 1979. Ayahnya bernama Kostyantyn asli Ukraina dan ibunya bernama Maria Alyabusheva keturunan Rusia-Belarusia. Ia dibesarkan secara sederhana dan terkesan sangat biasa bahkan boleh di katakan dia tidak mempunyai apa-apa. Pada tahun 2000 , olga menikah dengan Cedric Van Mol yang merupakan seorang fotografer professional berkebangsaan Perancis dan pada tahun 2001 resmi menjadi warga negara Perancis. Akan tetapi pernikahan ini tidak berlangsung selamanya , pada tahun 2004 mereka berpisah.
